Harold Valat joins forces with the partners of the headhunting firm Elzéar Executive Search (Thibaud de Prémare and Franck Jullié) to found Vauban Executive Search, a new player in direct approach recruitment consulting specializing in real estate and construction professions.

Harold Valat, 36, is a graduate of the Special School of Public Works, Building and Industry (ETP03) and holds a specialized master's degree in human resources from ESCP Europe (MSS04). After operational experience within the Bouygues , he joined a major Anglo-Saxon player in the recruitment sector. Initially a consultant for the industrial and service sectors as an executive manager, he specialized in real estate and construction for nearly eight years.

Thibaud de Prémare, 42, began his career in the Bouygues group as an export sales manager for 4 years. He then joined a headhunting firm, where he assisted clients mainly in industry, real estate & construction and services, before joining an international executive search firm in 2004 as a partner to carry out recruitment assignments mainly in Africa and the Middle East.

Franck Jullié, ENSAE, DEA in mathematical economics (Paris Sorbonne), began his career in business intelligence. After 5 years, he joined an Anglo-Saxon recruitment firm as an executive search consultant, first in France and then in the United Kingdom, before developing an international firm with a French culture, developing strong international expertise (Africa, Middle East, Russia, Asia).
