Environmental study

This initial step allows us to better understand your company's structure, objectives, and culture. Furthermore, it enables us to have an in-depth discussion about the work environment of the open position.

Job description and candidate profile

As a specialist consultant, our goal is to provide you with support in defining these key elements: relevance of the positioning of the position, responsibilities usually observed in other environments, remuneration study, potential target profiles in view of our knowledge of the market, etc.

Identification of potential candidates

– Direct approach through our network, thanks to partnerships with candidates in the Real Estate and Construction sectors
– Consultation of external CV databases
– Use of up-to-date directories listing the contact information and positions of alumni from higher education programs
companies , through the implementation of scenarios designed to facilitate contact with their employees

Candidate selection and evaluation

An interview with each candidate aims to identify their key skills in relation to the requirements of the open position and your company culture. Interviews focused on concrete examples can sometimes make it easier to understand how and with what results a manager handled a particular situation. Each interview also includes a testing and feedback phase, should the candidate express a need for it.           

Presentation and Interviews by your company

Each selected candidate is received by the various people from your company who are involved in the recruitment process, ideally within ten days of submitting their application.

At the end of each interview, we review the situation with you and the candidate to verify mutual motivations and determine together the next steps to take regarding their application.

Professional reference checks

Finalist candidates are subject to a professional reference check. This check can only be carried out with the candidate's consent, and the candidate must be informed of the steps we take with former employers and other individuals we may contact.

The oral feedback of this reference point to the client is a determining element to which we attach the greatest importance.

Negotiations and assumption of duties

We assist both parties throughout their negotiations and, when an agreement is reached, we can advise the candidate, if they wish, on the formalities of leaving their current position.

Finally, throughout the trial period, we monitor the success of their onboarding and integration into their new job.
