With a Master's degree in Science and Marketing, Alexis began his career at a pharmaceutical industry service provider as a Business Analyst and Product Manager. He then transitioned to a career as a recruitment consultant at an international firm before joining Vauban Executive Search, where he advises and recruits senior executives in sectors he is passionate about (Life Sciences, Sports, Hospitality, and Industry)

A graduate of Kedge Business School, Arnaud gained initial experience in financial markets at BNP Paribas in France and then BMCI in Morocco before joining the Finance practice of an Anglo-Saxon recruitment firm, where he spent five years. Following this successful first experience, Arnaud moved to another recruitment consultancy to contribute to its market growth. He initially established the recruitment practice specializing in sales positions. In 2013, he had the opportunity to relaunch the Real Estate division. He built and led a team of six consultants in this sector for over ten years. Appointed Associate Director and member of the management committee, Arnaud developed and managed several of the firm's practices: Sales & Marketing, Digital, Manufacturing/Operations/Supply Chain, Banking & Insurance, and Real Estate. As a member of the French management committee, he supports the group's development strategy in France. After 13 years supporting business leaders and contributing to the development of a company that has become one of the leaders in the French market, Arnaud decided to join Vauban Executive Search in 2024. As Executive Director, he is in charge of developing the firm's business and supporting its clients and candidates in achieving their professional goals.

With a dual degree in law and foreign languages, Eva holds a Master's degree in Contract, Property, and Liability Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Eva began her career as a legal counsel at a business law firm. She then transitioned into recruitment consulting, specializing in headhunting professionals in the real estate and legal sectors. Eva joined Vauban Executive Search in 2024.

With a Master's degree in HR & Employment Law, Frédéric began his career as a Consultant at an Anglo-Saxon recruitment firm. After two years, he moved into HR roles within international groups. He started as Recruitment and HR Development Manager at the world leader in railway rolling stock manufacturing, then became HR Director for the French subsidiaries of an international media and communications group. In the mid-2000s, Frédéric and two partners founded an Executive Search firm that, within 15 years, became one of the leading independent firms in the French market (80 employees – 7 offices). The firm was acquired by a group specializing in human resources services in 2019. Frédéric supported the new owner and joined the Executive Committee. In early 2022, Frédéric left the group to return to entrepreneurship. In 2024, Frédéric took over as Director of Vauban Executive Search, of which he is the principal shareholder. In addition to developing our activities for clients in the Industry, Services, and Life Sciences sectors, Frédéric brings to our clients his dual expertise as a seasoned recruiter and experienced executive.

A graduate of ESDES Lyon, Jean began his career at an executive search firm as a research associate, before quickly moving into a recruitment consultant role under Frédéric Clausier. This initial experience allowed him to develop solid expertise in executive recruitment and to work on high-value assignments. Driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Jean then founded a headhunting firm, operating in France and internationally, developing a comprehensive business vision and a value-creation-oriented approach. In 2022, Jean and Frédéric reconnected. United by shared values, a proven relationship of trust, and a common ambition, they joined forces to found Arthur Finley. Continuing this entrepreneurial momentum, Jean joined Frédéric for the acquisition of Vauban Executive Search. He actively participated in the transaction and the firm's development. At Vauban Executive Search, Jean now puts his expertise in executive recruitment, his energy and his dynamic temperament at the service of the industry and service sectors, contributing to the enrichment of the firm's offering and to supporting clients in their leadership and growth challenges.

Alexandra holds a Master's degree in B2B Marketing. She began her career at the Clarins Group, where she gained an operational understanding of the company. She then decided to shift her career towards executive search, starting in 2006 at Smith & Jessen Headhunters in Frankfurt and later in Paris, working primarily on international assignments but also in France. Between 2014 and 2016, Alexandra headed the Research division at MacAnders' Paris office. In this role, she trained and mentored research associates while maintaining operational control over the search and selection assignments entrusted to her. She then decided to continue her career at other firms, focusing more specifically on middle and top management assignments as a Consultant, contributing to the development of Financial Services and Corporate functions. Her in-depth knowledge of client environments, combined with a rigorous and qualitative approach to recruitment, allows her to effectively support companies in defining their needs, identifying talent, and assessing skills. She prioritizes a relationship based on trust, active listening, and transparency, with the constant objective of fostering long-term, high-value recruitment. Alexandra will join Vauban Executive Search in 2025 as a Senior Principal to manage the search, contribute to business development, and oversee client follow-up throughout the entire assignment cycle. Alexandra is fluent in English.

Côme graduated from HEI in Lille and holds a Specialized Master's degree in Financial Engineering from Emlyon Business School. He began his career in finance as an analyst at Lazard Frères Gestion, where he gained solid expertise in asset management and financial analysis. He then joined Mazars in the Transaction Services team, further developing his skills in financial analysis, business valuation, and the management of complex transactions. In 2019, Côme decided to shift his focus to executive search consulting. After a successful first experience at Aperlead, he joined Egon Zehnder in the Financial Services practice, where he specializes in recruiting high-level professionals in the financial sector. His expertise covers a wide range of roles, from CFOs and risk managers to team managers and financial strategists. With his dual expertise in finance and talent acquisition, Côme supports companies of all sizes, from startups to large institutions, helping them find the leaders capable of meeting their strategic challenges. His approach combines in-depth knowledge of financial issues with an ability to assess the human qualities necessary for effective leadership

After studying international business and marketing, Mathilde specialized in Human Resources, first at the Paris City Hall and then at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She then joined an Anglo-Saxon recruitment firm as a business coordinator for over five years. She joined Vauban in 2024 as Office Manager.

A graduate of the University of Pau and the Adour region with a Master's degree in Private Law, Orlane began her career as a legal advisor at an independent Parisian law firm. She advised clients on various legal matters, particularly real estate. She was also responsible for all internal HR issues within the firm. Building on this dual experience, Orlane felt the need to leverage her skills in a more people-oriented role, one more closely connected to the challenges faced by employees. She then joined the Paris office of a British recruitment firm specializing in Middle & Top Management positions. With a focus on Real Estate, Orlane carried out numerous recruitment assignments for companies in property development, construction, and investment/asset management. After four years, she chose to join Vauban Executive Search, drawn to the high-quality, tailored approach they offer to both clients and candidates in the Real Estate sector.

Ségolène comes from a background in Communication and Information. A graduate of the French Press Institute, she was deputy editor-in-chief of Casoar, the alumni magazine of the Saint-Cyr Military Academy. Seeking to combine her communication experience with her passion for human relations, Ségolène moved into executive search consulting. After a successful first experience at an independent headhunting firm, Ségolène joined Vauban Executive Search in 2021, where she focuses on recruitment in the Real Estate, Renewable Energy, and Finance sectors.

Victoire spent the first part of her career in advertising agencies (TV, print, and digital). For eight years, she supported clients in the industrial, FMCG, and hospitality sectors in implementing their sales and marketing strategies. Driven by her growing interest in human relations and the commercial aspect, Victoire transitioned to recruitment consulting in 2022. She began as a Consultant within the Sales & Marketing Practice of a major Anglo-Saxon recruitment firm. There, Victoire specialized in identifying and supporting talent for companies across multiple sectors (industry, food and beverage, hospitality, FMCG, and energy). This successful experience confirmed Victoire's career choice. She joined Vauban Executive Search in 2025, convinced that every recruitment is a key encounter in building high-performing and sustainable organizations. Victoire holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and a Master's degree in Communication and is fluent in English.

Jeanne currently holds the position of Head of Direct Approach at Vauban Executive Search, specializing in executive and expert roles in the real estate, finance, healthcare, and corporate functions sectors in Paris. After several years developing her expertise in headhunting and direct approach recruitment, Jeanne has built a solid track record in identifying and supporting executive and senior management profiles, particularly for complex and strategic assignments. At Vauban Executive Search, she focuses on sourcing, assessment, and consulting for demanding clients, contributing to the growth and transformation of the organizations she supports. Her role is part of a dynamic approach to developing the specialized recruitment business, leveraging a deep understanding of market needs and a tailored approach to the challenges faced by executive management and management committees.

After nearly 20 years of experience built at the intersection of operations, management, and recruitment, Laurène Corbière has developed comprehensive expertise in organizational and human dynamics. With a career marked by entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial responsibilities, she has led complex projects and supported transformations within companies across diverse sectors. Her interest in people and strategy naturally led her to Executive Search, where she now leverages her ability to understand business challenges and career paths to identify and attract key talent. Her in-depth knowledge of operational environments is a differentiating asset in conducting strategic recruitment assignments. Laurène joins Vauban Executive Search, where she works on recruitment assignments for senior executives and experienced professionals for positions within demanding organizations.

After obtaining a Master's degree in Management and Organizational Change from the Grande École Program at EM Normandie, Camille began her career as an Asset Manager at a real estate management company, where she gained solid experience in asset management and strategic analysis. Seeking to broaden her expertise to include human and organizational challenges, she moved into recruitment and executive search. She joined MacAnders, where she primarily worked on search and assessment assignments for Top and Middle Management profiles, particularly in Corporate and Financial Services roles. This dual background—between asset management and talent acquisition—allowed her to develop a nuanced understanding of organizations, strategic challenges, and the expert profiles she supported. Camille then joined Vauban Executive Search as a Principal, where she worked on executive and expert roles across a variety of key sectors.

Anne is Head of Talent Acquisition at Vauban Executive Search, a direct search recruitment firm specializing in identifying executives, experienced managers, and experts for strategic assignments. She works primarily on recruitment projects in the industrial, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology sectors, actively contributing to connecting exceptional talent with ambitious organizations. At Vauban, Anne leverages her consulting skills, understanding of business needs, and ability to identify key profiles to support clients in their transformation and development challenges. She plays a central role in sourcing, supporting, and coordinating recruitment processes, particularly for specialized and high-level positions. After gaining initial experience in mechanics within the family business, followed by studies at the National Automotive School, Jocelin shifted his focus and chose to study philosophy at the Sorbonne, specializing in politics and ethics. The humanities, such as psychology and sociology, fueled his interest in understanding human dynamics and human resources. He complemented his studies with a second Master's degree in Business Management, which led to his first experience as a recruiter within a particularly agile team. Quickly given responsibility, he developed solid skills on strategic Executive Search assignments, conducted for major players in diverse sectors such as luxury goods, telecommunications, industry, logistics, and retail. Jocelin joined Vauban in 2025, where he worked in management and expert roles, primarily in the real estate, finance, and healthcare sectors, as well as in corporate functions in Paris.
