Finalist candidates undergo a professional reference check. This check is carried out with the candidate's consent. The candidate is kept informed of the various steps taken with their previous employers and other relevant individuals involved in this check.
We attach particular importance to providing our clients with an oral report of this control.
Negotiation and assumption of duties
Once a candidate has been selected, we assist both parties until the onboarding phase. This assistance includes participating in the negotiation process. We also support the candidate with the formalities of leaving their current position. This assistance is provided only at the candidate's request.
We remain present during the candidate's trial period until they are integrated into their new job.
