Harold Valat has partnered with the executive search firm Elzéar Executive Search (Thibaud de Prémare and Franck Jullié) to found Vauban Executive Search, a new player in direct approach recruitment consulting specializing in the real estate and construction sectors. A graduate of the École Spéciale des Travaux Publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie (ESTP) and with operational experience within the Bouygues group, Harold Valat began his career with a major Anglo-Saxon recruitment firm. A consultant for the industrial and service sectors, and later an executive manager, he has made real estate and construction his specialty.
